Thomas L. Reynolds

Thomas L. Reynolds, 85, of Westfield Township, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021 at Summa Barberton Hospital after a brief illness. 

Tom was born on March 1, 1936 in Doylestown to the late Russell and Alma “Dutch” (Miller) Reynolds and was a 1954 graduate of Westfield High School.  On Aug. 5, 1955 he married the former Rosemary Garner and she preceded him in death on Dec. 9, 2006.  He retired from Ruhlin Construction Co. where he was a project manager and was a member of the Brick Layers Union.  In his younger years, he served in the Ohio National Guard and had coached softball and in later years, Tom enjoyed fishing and woodworking.

Tom is survived by his daughter, Heidi Silcox of Westfield Center, grandsons, Zachary Silcox of Lewisville, TX and Noah Silcox of Lodi; sisters, Linda (Rich) Hange of Stafford, VA and Cindy Miller of North Royalton; brother-in-law, Bill Garner of Westfield Township; sister-in-law, Marge (Verne) Kimble of Creston and Jean Garner of Wadsworth and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary; his parents, a granddaughter, Paige Silcox in 2017 and brothers, Ed and Bill Reynolds.
