Sean Collins Obituary

Sean Patrick Collins, 44, of Athens, OH and formerly of Apple Creek, passed away on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2020 after years of failing health.

Sean was born in South Bend, IN on March 28, 1976 and was the son of Darrell and Marlene (Romick) Collins of Apple Creek and the brother of Dianne (Joe) Kremer of Westerville who survive. Sean graduated from Waynedale High School in 1994 and attended Ohio University in Athens. He had resided in Athens for 17 years prior to coming home to Apple Creek. He had just recently moved back to Athens where he died peacefully at home.

He is survived by his family and friends and he will be missed.

Private graveside services will be held Sunday, April 19th at Burbank Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the American Diabetes Assoc. which Sean battled for many years at 4500 Rockside Rd Ste 380, Independence, OH 44131 or to you local food bank or pantry in Sean’s memory.
