Rose Nadine (Fetzer) Reber

Rose Nadine Reber, 95, of Creston, died peacefully at her home on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020.

Rose was born near Canaan on Aug. 22, 1924 to the late Paul M. and Madge L. (Barns) Fetzer and married Albert C. Reber on June 14, 1941.  Albert preceded her in death on May 1, 1975.  Rose retired from the Wooster College where she had worked in the cafeteria and had made her home in Creston all of her life.  She was a member of the Canaan Methodist Church and over the years enjoyed bowling, ballroom dancing, gardening, canning and doing crafts. 

Surviving are her children, Rose Marie (Glen) Kessinger of Big Prairie, Roger (Butch) Reber of Chicago, Randy (Cheri) Reber of Creston, Cindy (David) Lance of Vacaville, CA and Mike Reber of Wooster; daughter-in-law, Marsha Reber of Creston; 10 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, son, David Reber; her parents, brother Lawrence Fetzer and sister, Ruth Koppes and Leona Wandel.

Services will be Tuesday, Feb. 25th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev.
