Patricia Ann Stepp

Patricia Ann Stepp, 88, of Creston, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2022 at Accord Care Center in Orrville.

Pat was born on Feb. 22, 1934 in Rittman to the late James and Isa (Kohler) Harvey and married Ellis Stepp on Nov. 18, 1960.  He preceded her in death on Nov. 18, 2002.  She graduated from Rittman High School in 1952 and had made her home in Rittman, Creston and Wooster.  Pat worked as an executive secretary at the Morton Salt Company office in Wadsworth, The Ohio Match Co., the PCA, Hudson Oxygen Co. and retired from Westfield Insurance Co. in 1999.  She worked part time for 8 years at the Lodi Outlet Mall and loved working with the public at Adolfo, The Dress Barn, Cold Water Creek and San Antonio Shoes.  Pat was an active member of Canaan Free Will Baptist Church and God was her top priority in life.

Surviving are her children, Kim (Robert) Rastorfer of Rittman, James Michael Stepp of Burbank and Laura (John) Moses of Massillon; son-in-law, Doug Porter of Rittman; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and a sister, Jean Rosenburg of Medina.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Terri Porter and a son, Steven Stepp.

Services will be Monday, Aug. 8th at 1:30 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  Procession will form at Murray Funeral Home in Creston between 12:30 – 1:00 p.m.  At Pat's request, there will be no calling hours.   Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691 or to Canaan Free Will Baptist Church, PO Box 12723 Cleveland Rd., Creston, OH 44217.
