Nathan Stutzman Obituary

Nathan A. Stutzman, 28, of 6500 Salt Creek Rd., Fredericksburg, passed on to eternity on Friday, Feb. 28, 2020 on his Dad’s 54th birthday at Wooster Community Hospital.  He was surrounded by his family and passed after a sudden illness of Influenza B.

Nathan was born June 14, 1991 at Wooster Community Hospital to Alfred and Kathy (Troyer) Stutzman. On Sept. 25, 2010 he married Roeleta Ann Gingerich and she survives.  He was employed at McKay-Gross of Apple Creek and greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his wife, Roeleta; his daughter, Ashley Nicole Stutzman and step-daughter, Keana Hershberger both of the home; his parents, Alfred and Kathy Stutzman of Apple Creek; a brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Marilyn Kay Stutzman of Apple Creek; 5 sisters, Edna Mae and special friend Daniel Miller of Apple Creek, Nora and husband Roman Hershberger of Wooster, Leah and special friend, Jeffery Beachy, Mandi and special friend Arlin Kline and Mary Ann and special friend Marcus Kline all of Apple Creek; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Junior and Ruth (Troyer) Gingerich of Wooster; maternal grandparents, Robert and Edna Troyer and paternal grandparents, Eli and Lizzie Ann Stutzman all of Apple Creek and five nieces and three nephews. He was preceded in death by a nephew, Arlen Hershberger. 

He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.  Thank you to the community for your prayers and support.

Services will be Monday, March 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Fredericksburg Presbyterian Church with Scott Hochstedler officiating.  Burial will be in Fredericksburg East Cemetery.  Friends may call Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at the church and from 10:00 a.m. until times of services on Monday.  Remembrances may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
