John Henry Stutzman, 84, of Benton, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday morning, May 1, 2021.
He was born July 7, 1936 in Holmes County to the late Alfred and Sarah (Miller) Stutzman and married Mattie H. Miller on Dec. 11, 1958. Mattie preceded him in death on June 10, 2020. He retired from Beechvale Laminating and was a member of the Old Order Amish.
Surviving are his daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and David Kline and Sara Ann and Allen Miller of Millersburg; daughter-in-law, Barbara Stutzman of Berlin; grandchildren, Mervin (Leanna) Kline, John Mark (Miriam) Kline, Carrie (Jay) Byler and Ryan Miller; great-grandchildren, Alex, Eva and Jenna Kline and Everleigh Byler; sisters and brother, Anna (John L.) Hochstetler of Millersburg, Dan (Martha) Stutzman of Berlin and Ella (Marvin) Shoup of Sugarcreek and a brother-in-law, Mose (Mary) Miller of Millersburg.
He was preceded in death by his wife, sons, Paul Daniel and Mark Allen; and sisters, Katie Miller and Fannie (Atlee) Yoder
Services will be Tuesday, May 4th at 9:00 a.m. at the David and Linda Kline residence, 6231 County Road 207, Millersburg with Bishop Alvin Beachy officiating. Burial will be in the Hochstetler Cemetery, Berlin Township. Friends may call any time after 12:00 on Sunday at the Kline residence. . Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
