Jack C. Silcox

February 20, 1934 ~ January 10, 2022 (age 87)


Jack C. Silcox, 87, of Wooster, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 surrounded by his family. Born in Norwalk, Ohio on February 20,1934, the oldest of the late Clifford and Blanche Silcox. Jack served in the United States Air Force from May 14, 1955 to February 13, 1959. He owned and operated Silcox Dental Lab Supply for 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Jane E. ( Mainzer), and their six children, Jeanne Silcox of Brecksville, James (Marje) of Mansfield, John (Katherine) of North Royalton, Jeff (Holly) of Seven Hills, Joan Spuhler (John Spuhler, deceased), Jessica Likens of Wooster, four grandchildren, siblings Melvin of Florida, Larry of Norwalk, and Elaine Lickfelt of Norwalk. Jack will be buried at the Western Reserve National Cemetary in Seville at a later date. Details for a  Celebration of Life honoring Jack are pending and are to follow.
