Ivan E. Weaver

Ivan E Weaver, 82, passed away January 13, 2022.  He was born October 17, 1939 in Mount Eaton, Ohio to the late Eli and Katie (Yoder) Weaver.  

Ivan was a general contractor and founder of Ivan Weaver Construction in 1970.  He was a member of the Amish church and started splitting his retirement years between Fredericksburg, Ohio and Sarasota, Florida since 2005.  He enjoyed collecting antiques, antique tractors and traveling.  

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 61 years, Clara; children, Mark Weaver and his wife Shelley; Ian Weaver and his wife Robin; Cindy Wengerd and her husband Ivan; Robert Weaver and his wife Katie; and Rose Miller and her husband Merle; sisters, Anna Yoder and Edna Coblentz; grandchildren, Cody, Tyler, Shayne, Lexi, Wyatt, Ian, Orris, Peter, Luanne, Benjamin, Emily, Heidi, James, Jacob, Sara, Step grandchildren Abe, Duane, Andy and Elsie Mae; great grandchildren, Mark, Leah, Milan, Lukas, Kayla, Mae, Becky, Nathan, Adam, Lewis, Abby Jo, Nehemiah, Austin, Mason, Step great grandchildren Cole, Oakley, Ivy and Asher.

In addition to his parents, Ivan was predeceased by his brother, Harry; sisters, Ella, Mattie, Mary and Betty; great grandson Titus; and daughter-in-law, Mary.

Services will be Tuesday, Jan.18th at the Weaver Residence 10738 Criswell Rd, Fredericksburg.  Friends may call on Sunday and Monday January 16th and 17th afternoon and evening at the residence with attention to Covid guidelines.
