Herman Morgan Lucas, 71, of Fredericksburg, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2021.
He was born Dec. 12, 1949 in Morgantown, WV to the late Herman Turner and Viola (Carpenter) Lucas and married June Ward Stull on July 22, 1995. He retired from Ford Motor in Cleveland and attended First Church of God in Wooster. Herman enjoyed gun collecting, trap shooting,guitars, animals and fishing and had made his home near Fredericksburg for the past 24 years.
Surviving is his wife, June and her children, Bruce James Stull, Charles Paul Hampton and Armethia Renee’ Goff, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Harry “Ed” and Ellen Lucas of South Haven, MI; nieces, Jessica and Stacy and a nephew Jordan.
Friends may call Thursday, March 4th 4-7 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg where service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Pastor Ken Thomas will officiate. Burial will be Friday at Fairview Cemetery in Taylortown, PA. Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
