Gordon Edward Shuler, 79, of Medina, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Medina Hospital.
He was born Sept. 19, 1940 in Cleveland to the late Adelbert James and Louise Coffman (Alexander) Shuler and married Patricia E. Danley on Feb. 27, 1959. He was a 1958 graduate of Collinwood High School and made his home in Medina since 1988. He was a member of the Medina Presbyterian Church, Medina Masonic Lodge 58 F.&A.M., the Valley of Cleveland Scottish Rite and the Lyndon Chapter #365 O.E.S.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia on Sept. 3, 2010, son, Donald Shuler, brother Kenneth Shuler and sister Lois Jean Santee. Gordon will be greatly missed by his daughter, Diane (John) Brewer of Creston; son, Douglas (Debbie) Shuler of Medina; daughter-in-law, Wendy Shuler of Garfield Heights; grandchildren, William Shuler, Sarah Shuler, Niki Dinardo, John Fleeman, Sean (Faith) Shuler and Jaclyn Shuler and great-grandchildren, Freya and Isabella Shuler and Jackson Brinkman.
Friends will be received, Friday, June 26th from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at Murray Funeral home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Whitehaven Memorial Park in Mayfield Heights.
