Donna Stine Obituary

Donna Mae Stine, 89, of Millersburg, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022 after an unexpected illness.

Donna was born on May 1, 1933 in Fredericksburg to Lester and Ada (Brown) Duncan and attended Fredericksburg High School.  She had worked at Frito Lay and Regal Ware in Wooster and had made her home in Millersburg for many years.  She was a member of Nashville Church of Christ and the Widows Group and was a great West Holmes Sports Fan.  Donna enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening and reading but her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her greatest enjoyment.

Surviving are her children and their spouses, Lois and Gene Young of Sugar Tree, TN, Diane and Russ Horner of Moreland, Lyman and Ann Dawson of Wooster and Judy and Larry Martin of Millersburg; 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and many others that she called her grandkids; sisters, Dee Dee Sinnett of Millersburg and Cork Stanley of Fredericksburg; a brother and sister-in-law, Ronny and Lil Duncan of Shreve; a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Duncan of Fredericksburg and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Stine; her former husband, Lyman Dawson; a daughter, Marilyn Rohrer;  a sister, Joyce Endsley and brothers, John, Dick and Bob Duncan.

Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 16th at 11:00 a.m. at Nashville Church of Christ with Pastor Brad Dotson officiating.  Burial will be in Fredericksburg East Cemetery.  Friends may call Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville Church of Christ, 13457 State Route 39, Big Prairie, OH 44611.  Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
