Donald Glen Pyles, 64, of Seville and formerly of Creston went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 after a battle with cancer.
Donald was born on July 27, 1957 in Lake City, TN to the late Luther and Jerry (Clairs) Pyles. He had worked for 43 years at Metal Management in Cleveland and retired from PSC Metals in Barberton after 7 years of service. Donald was a hardworking man who loved to work and be busy. He had made his home in Creston for 30 years prior to moving to Seville last year.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley who he married on Dec. 28, 1989; his children, Christina Pyles of Dayton, Melissa (Wellington) Brito of Canton and Donald (Charisse) Pyles of Dayton; step-sons, John Ford of Creston and Steven (Tina) Ford of Lenoir City, TN; 7 grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren; a brother, Eric Pyles and a sister, Kathy Turner both of Cleveland and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Sherry Pyles; twin brother, Ronnie Pyles and a brother, Steve Pyles.
Services will be Saturday, Aug. 14th at 3:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with minister Steve Ford officiating. Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until time of services on Saturday. Tributs may be made shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
