Brian Patrick Gorman, 58, of Creston, passed away Friday morning, March 12, 2021 at home after battling pancreatic cancer.
Brian was born April 22, 1962 in Cleveland to William and Winifred Gorman and married Karen Flory on Nov. 20, 1993. She survives. He graduated from Norwayne High School in 1980 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1980-1982. Brian had worked at Sealy in Medina for the past 25 years and was a member of Creston Moose Lodge 1224. He had made Creston his home since 1976 and enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Indians and the Star Wars Series. Brian was an avid animal lover and never let a stray cat go hungry.
Surviving are his wife, Karen; children, Nikki (Jordan) Wincek, Ashley Gorman, Patrick (Sarah) Gorman and Josh (Katie) Gorman and granddaughter, Raelynn and Emryn.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, Harold Flory.
Services will be Monday, March 15th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. Jason Flory will officiate and burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.
