Barbara Sue Moore, 65, of Creston, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 23, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital after a brief illness.

Barb was born on Sept. 6, 1956 in Gallipolis, OH  and was the daughter of the late Myron Dale and Anna (Swain) Brumfield.  She was married to her former husband, Alfred Moore for 42 years and had made her home in Creston for the past 46 years.  Barb enjoyed playing Bingo, bowling, fishing and camping. She crocheted and gave away many baby blankets and she always loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events.

Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Christina and Chad Muller of Creston; her son, Samuel Moore of Creston; her four grandchildren, Hunter and Briar Muller and Brianna and Kirsten Moore and a brother, Joseph Brumfield of Sandusky.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Myron Dale Brumfield, II.

Friends may call Thursday, Sept. 30th from 6-8 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston.  Graveside services will be held on Friday, Oct. 1st at 1:00 p.m. at Crown City Cemetery in Crown City, OH.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH  44217.
