Barbara Ann (Ferguson) Eagle

Barbara Ann Eagle, 75, of Creston, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.

Barb was born on March 16, 1948 in Shoals, WV to the late Hershel and Mary Margaret (Collins) Ferguson and married Terry Eagle on May 3, 1968.  He preceded her in death on May 28, 2022.  She graduated from Norwayne High School in 1967 and later from the Wooster Beauty College.  Barb owned and operated the Hair Works in Creston for a number of years.

Surviving are her sons, David and his wife Tammy Eagle of Massillon and Troy Eagle of Creston; grandchildren, Brandon Eagle, Madison, Raven, Kaitlyn, Casey and Kylee; great-granddaughter, Willow and brothers and sisters, Jim (Julie) Ferguson of Barberton, Dan (Jean) Ferguson of Burbank, Mary (Glen) Fortner of Wooster and Shirley  Houchin of Florida and nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry; parents, Hershel and Mary, brothers, Ben “Tex” Ferguson, Hershel Ferguson, JR. and Charles Ferguson; half-brother, Don Ferguson and half-sister, Della Fay.

Friends may call Sunday, April 30th from 5-7 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston.  Interment will be Monday, May 1st at 10:45 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  Procession will form at the funeral home a 10:15 a.m.
