Arlina Della Jurca

Arlina Della Jurca, 85, of North Royalton, passed away at home on Saturday, May 20, 2023 after a lengthy illness.

She was born on Oct. 23, 1937 in Hurley, VA to the late Walter and Lou (Justus) Danner and graduated from the Bryant & Stratton Business College.  Arlina was an entrepreneur.  She owned and operated several businesses and restaurants over the years and enjoyed being in the real estate and rental business.  She had many interests including gardening and had a remarkable and interesting life.

Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Tina and James Weeden, Desiree and Chris Weeden and Sharon and Charles Nichols;  grandchildren, Abigail (Kyle) Weeden, Steve Nichols and Eric (Hannah) Nichols; great-grandson, Parker Liptak; a sister Mary Hipps; nieces and nephews and she was a special Granny to Michael, Brittni, Joseph, Savannah and Grayson.

Della was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, J.B., Homer, Noble and Clyde Danner, Nadine Gray, Opal Rosh and Joyce Chaney.

Services will be Thursday, May 25th at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with burial following in Seville Mound Hill Cemetery.  Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alice Lloyd College, 100 Purpose Rd., Pippa Passes, KY 41844 to pay for free tuition for students.
