Annetta June Mueller

Annetta June Mueller, 89, of Wooster, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2023 at Wooster Community Hospital after a brief illness.

June was born on June 19, 1934 in Carlyle, IL to Nelson and Vera (Zinn) Arrowsmith and graduated from Carlyle High School in 1952.  On March 16, 1952 she married William C. Mueller and Bill preceded her in death on May 1, 2014.  She was a member of the Westfield Grandmothers Club,  had sold Avon products and had been an election poll worker.  June was an avid sewer and quilter and she loved making blankets and snuggies for kids that she would give away.

Surviving are her three children, William B. (Rebecca) Mueller, of Wellborn, Fla., Becky J. (Wayne) Moore, of Creston and Brad S. (Laura) Mueller, of Westfield Center; six grandchildren,  Dr. Lindsey (Scott) Castle, William D. Mueller, Nick (Carrie) Moore, Chad (Jamie) Moore, Philip (Justine) Mueller and Jessica (Roman) Burk;  step-grandchildren Geoffrey (Rachel) Reeder and Brooke Reeder; great-grandchildren, Noah, A.J. and Caleb Moore, Angel and Aubrey Burk, Wyatt, William and Wesley Mueller; step great-grandchildren, Baelynn, Brogan and Beckham Reeder and Maddox Sweet and Brett and Hudson Huff; a brother, Nelson (Sue) Arrowsmith of Shattuc, IL and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, her parents and a sister, Joan Brake.

Services will be Monday, Sept. 11th at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with burial following in Westfield Cemetery.  Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to Canaan Township Fire and Rescue, PO Box 2223, Creston, OH 44217.
