Zoanne Snyder

L. Zoanne Snyder, 74, of Holmesville, has left this earth to soar high with her daughter, Tracy Marie Evans. Zoe passed away on Sunday, Nov. 1, 2026 at Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare in Wooster after a battle with cancer.

Born on March 12, 1952, Zoe grew up a simple farm girl to become a strong-willed woman. She road motorcycles, could outshoot a man and proudly waited on Veterans at the VFW in Rittman and other area lodges. She never ran out of room in her heart for family and friends and she enjoyed collecting M&M figures and watching the Browns.

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt. Zoe is survived by her husband, Ron Snyder who she married on Oct.27, 2009; her son and daughter-in-law, Steven Charles Evans and Angel Wallace; grandchildren, Enzo Evans, Bryce Wallace, Caden Wallace and Jillian Wallace and great granddaughter, Vivian Wallace.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy; her mom and dad, Laura J. (Culbertson) Bowman and Norman Bowman, father, Merle Mowry and sisters, Donna Babbs and Cindy Starling

A family celebration will be held in honor of this outstanding woman who will live forever in our hearts.
