Wayne Eugene Wilson

Wayne Eugene Wilson, 68, of Creston, passed away at home, with his family at his side on Monday, Jan. 30, 2023

Wayne was born in Cleveland on April 6, 1954 to Delbert Eugene and Mazine Janet (Ford) Wilson and married Sheila A. Feda on July 27, 1974.  He retired from the City of Cleveland Water Dept. in 2011 and had made his home in Creston since 1991.  Wayne loved watching sports, cooking, gardening and being outdoors. His greatest enjoyment was being with his grandkids and great-grandkids.

Surviving is his wife, Sheila; children, Nicholaus Christopher (Renee) Wilson, Miriam Josephine (Mike) Grenat and Francine Nicole Wilson; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and brothers and sister, Keith, Larry, Jerry and Gary Wilson and Sharon Patterson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Anthony Wilson in 1987, his parents and sisters, Donna Spangler and Barbara Cottrell.

Friends may call on Saturday, Feb. 4th from 1-3 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH  where services will be held at 3:00 p.m.
