Victor L. Bricker

Victor L. Bricker, 85, of Medina and formerly of Creston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2026, while surrounded by his family at Medina Hospital.

Vic was born in Lodi on March 7, 1940, to Victor J. and Agnes E. (Gattshall) Bricker and was a 1958 graduate of Norwayne High School. On Sept. 3, 1960, he married Penny Lynn Reed and they shared 65 years together until her death on Sept. 22, 2025. He retired from Ford Motor Company Brook Park plant in 1996. Vic enjoyed doing family genealogy and Civil War History and had attended the Creston Church of God.

Surviving are his sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Cheryl Bricker of Medina and David and Sally Bricker of Toney, AL; grandchildren and their spouses, Amanda and Brendan Wesolowski, Bryan and Devon Bricker, Sean and Kim Roberts, Seth and Molly Roberts and Shane Roberts and 3 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call Thursday, Feb. 26th from 6-8 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston. Private family services will be held on Friday with burial in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Medina SPCA 8790 Guilford Rd., Seville, OH 44273.
