Thomas Peter Mindzak

Thomas P. Mindzak, 89, of Seville, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2018 at his home.

Tom was born Jan. 23, 1929 in Cleveland to the late Peter and Barbara (Adam) Mindzak and served in the U.S. Army Air Corp from 1946 – 1949. He retired from Ohio Bell with 25 years of service and had made his home in Medina, Greenwich and Seville area. Tom loved country living and was an interested in aviation having enjoyed model aircrafts.

Surviving are cousins, Emil (Suzanne) Jakubisin, Paul (Laura) Jakubisin, JoAnna Jakubisin and Sylvia Jakubisin.

Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 7that 11:00 a.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Murray Funeral Home in Creston is handling arrangements.
