Thomas W. Cochran Jr.

Thomas Wesley Cochran Jr., 85, of Wooster, passed away Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024.

Thomas was born on September 24, 1939, in Pittsburg, PA to Thomas and Ruth (Snyder) Cochran. He proudly served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1957 – 1961. On Feb. 18, 1961 Thomas married Mary L. Patrick. Thomas’s work took him all over the country and he retired from American Risk Management.  When Thomas wasn’t working, he enjoyed being outdoors, traveling, and antique cars.

Thomas is survived by his wife Mary Cochran; children, Tami (Jon) Schoeflin, Tom (Marianne), Mike, Ryan (Angelica), and Shaun (Quyen) Cochran; grandchildren, Josh, Daniel, Gabe (Kasey), Laura, Sophie, and Robert; and great-grandchildren, Malaki, Hailey, Harper, and Soren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his three sisters Ruth Green, Elaine Dusch, and Marjorie Cavett.

Graveside services and Military Honors will be Friday, Nov. 8th at 1:15 p.m. at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville.  There will be no calling hours.
