Shirley Keltz Lapp

On Easter Sunday, Shirley (Keltz) Lapp of Virginia Beach, Virginia, formerly of Creston, entered her eternal rest.   A 1955 graduate of Norwayne High School, Shirley married James Lapp and raised four children as a Navy wife, an accomplishment she was always very proud of.  Joint internment of both Shirley and Jim will take place at a later date.
