Sarah J. Yoder, 95, of 7977 E. Moreland Rd., Fredericksburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 with family by her side.

She was born Dec. 4, 1924 to the late John and Katie Ann (Miller) Detweiler and married Dan S. Yoder of Nov. 22, 1945.  He preceded her in death on July 8, 2013.  She was a member of the Old Order Amish.

Mourning her passing are her son, Roy Yoder of Fredericksburg; daughters, Ada Mae (Reuben) Miller of Winesburg and Anna Kaye (Andy) Troyer of the home; 10 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren a sister, Katie Ann Schlabach of Winesburg and many nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sons, Andy Paul and Sam; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

Services will be Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 a.m. at the Alan Yoder Residence, 8011 E. Moreland Rd., Fredericksburg with Minister Dan Schlabach officiating.  Burial will be in Yoder Cemetery, Salt Creek Township, Wayne County.  Friends may call anytime at the Yoder residence.  Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements. The family extends a big thank you to the staff of LifeCare Hospice for being there for Sarah and the Family.  Donations may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.
