Sandra Fay (Avery) Knight

Sandra Fay Knight, 73, of Creston, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2023 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.

Sandy was born on Sept. 25, 1950 in Lodi to the late Deward and Dessie (Pittman) Avery and graduated from Rittman High School.  She had worked as a manager of the Rittman IGA until she retired and had made her home in the Rittman and Creston area most of her life.

Surviving are her two daughters, Kristi Little and Lisa Bailey; grandchildren, Aaron Albee, Kortney Ross, Shane Gammell and Kamron Murdock and 4 great-grandchildren, Kayden, McKayla, Elizabeth Jo and Lyra.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Linda Avery and a brother, Donald Avery.

At Sandra’s request, there will be no service.
