Samuel Miles Jacobs

Samuel Miles Jacobs, 43, of Wooster and formerly of Creston, died unexpectedly on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019 at his home.

Sam was born April 6, 1976 in Wooster and was the son of George Jacobs of New Albany and Patricia (Chakey) Jacobs of Seville.  Also surviving are his sisters and brothers, Elizabeth (Brian) Taffin of Canton, GA, Wayne (Barbara) Jacobs of Lancaster, Joseph “Greg”  (Melissa) Jacobs of Nova, Jeannie Meade of Creston and John (Kristin) Jacobs of Wesley Chapel, FL and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Tuesday, Dec. 17th at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Rev. Mike Gladson  officiating.  Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery.  Friends may call from 12:00 noon until time of services on Tuesday.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
