Ruth Letner

Ruth Letner, 70, passed away Sunday Feb. 2, 2020.   She was born Feb. 5, 1949 in Davey, West Virginia.

Ruth was a devout Pentecostal and attended Crossroads Assembly of God in Creston. She enjoyed worship time the most and believed the best achievement for anyone was to have a personal relationship with God which starts with the simple prayer:

“Dear Jesus, I know that I have sinned, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins. Please come into my heart and life. I want to trust and follow You.”

Ruth was a loving mother of Richard (Jennifer), grandmother to Paige, Haley, & Kaitlyn, sister to Clyde (Jean), John, Fred, Kathy (James) Carlton, and Sharon (David Lewis) Klein. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Ruth was preceded in death by loving parents Clyde & Allie and nephew Nick Carlton.

A memorial worship service will be held at Crossroads Assemble of God, 10220 Wooster Pike, Creston, OH 44217 on Feb. 15th at 11a.m. followed by a meal for family and friends.
