Roy Gene Gorey, 62, of Wooster, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2023 at Wooster Community Hospital after a brief illness.
Roy was born in Lodi on Jan. 21, 1961 to George and Gertrude (Stahl) Gorey and graduated from Cloverleaf High School. He did Amish transportation and had enjoyed going to auctions.
Surviving is his mother, Gertie; son, Justin; brothers and sisters, Doug Gorey, Greg (Christine) Gorey, Tom (Ann) Gorey, Dawn (Dave) Baker, Debbie Harper and Lynn (Ron) Zivcsak and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, George and brothers, Darrell Stahl and Ed Gorey.
A family service of remembrance will be held.
