Rose (Fatta) Damato

Rose Damato, 75, of Seville, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2022 at her home after a sudden illness.

Rose was born on Sept. 14, 1947 in Melrose Park, IL to Michael and Katherine (Belchak) Fatta and married Ronald H. Damato on Sept. 14, 1968.  She retired from Clad Rex in Franklin Park, IL where she had worked as an accountant and had made her home in Seville for the past two years.

Surviving are her husband, Ronald; son and daughter-in-law, Nicholas and Kimberly Damato of Westfield Center and her grandson, Hunter Damato.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald in 2016, her parents and brothers, Louis, George, Dominic and Henry.

Rose will be placed at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
