Rosaire Christina (Salerno) Dawson

Rosaire Christina (Salerno) Dawson, 83, of Medina, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022.

She was born on May 16, 1939 in Cleveland to the late Alexander and Josephine (Drago) Salerno and married Lyman C. Dawson on Oct. 4, 1964.  He preceded her in death on Feb. 3, 1992 and they are now together again.  She had worked at Meadowview Care Center in Seville and had done home care over the years.   She will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her daughters, Josephine (Mike) Carlyn of Wellington; Teena (Ross Kerr) Dawson of Medina and Angela Thomas of Bellingham, WA; grandchildren, Cpl. James Bailey, III, Catrina Vernotzy, Alexandria Lewis, Gabrielle Breyley, Joseph Reep, Madison Reep and AnnaMaria Thomas; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Rosalie) Salerno, Vince (Dana) Salerno, Alex (Samantha) Salerno and Anthony Salerno; sisters, Robin Albright and Pamela Salerno; sisters-in-law, Bettie and Bonnie and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Thursday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston where friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.   Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
