Ronald R. Miller

Ronald R. Miller, 82, of Holmesville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at his home.

Ron was born Sept. 29, 1938 to the late Ralph and Mary (Ross) Miller.  Ron grew up on the family's farm in Holmes County and lived in the area most of his life.  After high school, Ron served in the U.S. Marine Corps for eight years.  Ron retired from the OSU OARDC and enjoyed spending time with his wife and family. Ron loved to fly, travel, and ride motorcycles.

Ron married the former, Joyce (Earhart) Miller and she survives.  Also survived are his children, Ronnie (Peg) Miller and Pennie (Mark) Burns; step-daughters Cathy Burless (Rob) and Connie (Kizys.) his seven grandchildren, Tricia (Jarvis,) Jamie Jarvis, Lyndsey Miller, Austin Kizys, and Tristan, Madison, and Greenly Burns and great grandchildren, Meira and Jackson Osborne. Ron was preceded in death by his  his daughter, Candi (Miller) Jarvis, his sister, Edith and his faithful K-9 Rascal.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 23rd at 1:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg with Rev.
