Roger Joe Griffith

Roger Joe Griffith, 61, of Rittman, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Sept. 27, 2021 after a brief illness.

Roger was born in Cincinnati on Aug. 4, 1960 to the late James and Kathleen (Daniels) Griffith and had made his home in the Rittman area all of his life.  He loved cars and was an excellent auto body man who never liked a dirty car.  He grew up in the Calvary Baptist Church in Rittman and was a member of the Wadsworth Eagles.  Roger was a quiet man who collected model cars and loved his kitty, Mittens.

Surviving are his sisters and brothers, Debura Butzer, Sandra (Roy) Shelton, James Edward Griffith, Archie Dean Griffith, Tammy (David) Conley and Tabatha Gregory; half-sisters, Edra McKinstry and Esther (Kenny) Miller, many nieces and nephews and his longtime childhood friend, Ron Hamrick.

Roger will be laid to rest with his mother at Rittman Cemetery on Monday, Oct. 25th at 12:00 noon.  Tributes may be shared at www.Murray-Funeral-Home.com
