Roger Lee Cottrell

Roger Lee Cottrell, 59, of Rittman, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022 at his home after a battle with liver disease.

Roger was born on March 7, 1963 in Sutton, WV to Joseph Elmer and Gertrude Angeline (Rogers) Cottrell and had made his home in Rittman for the past 40 years.  He had worked at United Tube in Medina and enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding and training horses.

Surviving is his wife, Connie (Morris) Cottrell who he shared 40 years with; his children, Sonya and Paul Campbell, III, Samantha Cottrell, Cory and Rebecca Cottrell and Cody and Kayla Cottrell; his 10 grandchildren who he enjoyed chasing after, Miranda, Haylee, Caiden, Jayden, Justin, Landon, Mackenzie, Nicholas, Riley and Matilyn and brothers and sister, Ray, Gene, Joe and Rick Cottrell, Edward and David Workman and Angie Jarvis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, an infant son, Steven and a sister, Rose Clemson.
