Robin Alan Prinkey, 71 of Burbank, passed away unexpectedly, early on Tuesday Sept. 24, 2024 at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus with family by his side.
Robin was born on July 31, 1953 in Wooster and graduated from Norwayne High School in 1971. He was a superintendent for Road Construction for Gerkin Paving in Napoleon where he retired from in 2011. Robin was a member of the Creston Moose Lodge 1224.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Schorle) Prinkey; daughter, Lori Prinkey; granddaughter, Bryana Beiber; sisters, Theda Chamberlin and Gay Robertson; brother Rex (Marcia) Prinkey; sister-in-law, Amanda Prinkey; mother-in-law, Betty Schorle; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Fred and JoEtta Sheppard; sister-in-law, Denee Schorle and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, R.W. “Dub” Prinkey and Thelma (DeHaven) Prinkey; step-father, Edward Burge; brother, Reid Prinkey,; father-in-law Gerald Schorle, and brother-in-law. Dave Flaker.
Friends may call on Tuesday, Oct. 1st from 2-4 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston where services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Per Robin’s request, cremation has taken place.
