Robert Aaron Angle

Robert Aaron “Bob” Angle, 79, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Majora Lane Care Center in Millersburg after suffering from several recent strokes.

Bob was born on May 2, 1947, in Hines, WV to Clonie and Anna Marie (Moore) Angle and was a 1967 graduate of Waynedale High School. On June 19, 1971, he married Anne Yvonne Rice who survives. Bob had worked at Regal Ware, Skyline Mobile Homes in Holmesville, Worthington in Wooster as well as having co-owned B&B Mobile Home Services. Later he drove for the Amish Community having driven for E.M. Roofing, Moreland Fruit Farms and Jonas Miller Construction. Bob was a member of Wolf Creek Baptist Church in Stillwell and had enjoyed singing in churches with family members over the years. Bob played softball for many years having played for Tri-County Merchants, County Merchants and Miller Pipers and also loved going fishing.

Surviving is his wife, Anne; his children, Tabatha Angle (Harry Ice), Aaron Angle, Reggie Angle and Emily Perry; five grandchildren, Maya Campbell (Logan Shows) and Reece Campbell, Peyton and Lincoln Nicholls and Kai Cooper; sister and brothers, Verlie (Raymond) Eyler, Bobby Ray (Lucy) Angle, Melvin Angle and Raymond (Joyce) Angle and sisters-in-law, Barbara Angle and Lynn Angle as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers and sisters, Nellie Bonner, Herman Angle, Virginia Kaye Shamp, Cecil Angle, James Angle, Dana Olive (Cook) Hawkins and Margie DePriest.

Friends may call of Monday, July 6th from 4-5 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home where Pastor Dave Bowles will officiate services at 5:00 p.m. A dinner will follow at Fredericksburg Church of Christ.
