Randall Owen Roy Mccrea

Randall Owen Roy McCrea, Sr., 57, of St. Marys, West Virgina and formerly of Burbank, Ohio, passed away on June 8, 2025 after a sudden illness.

Randy was born on August 2, 1967, in Elyria, Ohio to James McCrea and Phyllis Bennett. He had been self-employed for the past 26 years, owning and operating his shipping and pallet business. When he wasn’t working, Randy loved spending time with his children and being outdoors fishing, hunting, trapping, camping, and riding four-wheelers. He especially loved being outside with his dogs Chip, Daisy and Lily and his grand-dogs Alfred, Tippy, and Mighty. He was a member of the 35th State Relic Hunters and loved going out metal detecting and arrowhead hunting.

Randy is survived by his children Randall McCrea Jr. and Sarah and Moe (Essili) McCrea; his mother and stepfather Phyllis and Joseph Lipinski; his fiancée Kelly Adams; the mother of his children Lisa LaRocco; his stepsister Dawn and stepbrother Michael; his dog Lily and grand-dogs Alfred, Tippy, and Mighty; and numerous friends and family members.

He was preceded in death by his father James, his grandparents Roy and Juanita Bennett, and his dogs Chip and Daisy.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
