Peggy Hendrix

Peggy Lavone Hendrix, 69, of Wooster, died peacefully on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Magnolia Care Center in Wadsworth after a lengthy illness.

Peggy was born Feb. 7, 1949 in Ashland to the late Walter N. and Wahnetta May (Webb) Brown and married Raymond E. Hendrix on Dec. 12, 1971. He preceded her in death on Nov. 19, 2008. She had operated Peg’s Drop-off Laundromat in Wooster and had made her home in Wooster most of her life. She enjoyed camping, shopping, playing the slot machines and gambling. Peggy touched many lives and was greatly loved.

Surviving are her children, Raymond Jr., Tonya, Barbie, Veronica and Todd; her 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and she will be missed.

Peggy requested no services and she is now reunited with her husband Raymond.
