Paul Edward Campbell Jr.

Paul Edward Campbell Jr., 66, of Rittman, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022.

Paul was born on June 27, 1956 in Akron to Paul Sr. and Hilda (Fullerton) Campbell and was a 1975 graduate of Rittman High School.  On Jan. 31, 1976 he married Tammy Stone and Tammy preceded him in death on Feb. 4, 2016.  Paul had been the manager of Wendy’s in Medina and had made his home in Rittman all of his life.  He enjoyed fishing and was a life-time Browns Fan.  Paul loved his grandkids and he enjoyed attending sporting and school events and teaching them many life lessons and the joys of life.

Surviving are his 3 children, Misty and John Oerther of Dayton, Paul and Sonja Campbell of Rittman and Kayla Campbell and Jason George of Cleveland; his grandkids, Miranda, Caiden, Kendall, Landon, Kamden and Koen; his mother, Hilda Campbell of Rittman and a sister, Connie Campbell of Rittman.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy, grandson, John Karl Oerther, VI; his father, Paul Sr. Campbell and a brother, Randy Campbell.

Services will be Friday, Oct. 21st at 11:00 a.m. at Rittman Community Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Griffith officiating.  Burial will be in Rittman Cemetery.  Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.  Memorial contributions may be made in care of Murray Funeral Home, 173 S. Main St., Creston, OH 44217 for final expenses.
