Patricia Alice (Baldridge) Murphy

Patricia Alice Baldridge Murphy, age 70, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland.

She was born on March 31, 1951 in Pike County, KY to the late Willie Jr. and Madeline (Coleman) Baldridge.  Trish married her husband, Shannon Murphy who preceded her in death in 2004.  To this union was born two sons, Shawn Patrick of Cleveland and Cory Wayne of Lakewood.  She also has one grandson, Garrett who she adored and if you hurt him, you better have some mighty good running shoes.  Trish was also survived by a brother, Danny Baldridge of Des Plaines, IL, sisters, Janie Cantrell of Strongsville and Connie Damron of Hellier, KY; a special niece, Melanie Hoskins and a B.F.F., Joyce Nikle that was there no matter what time it was to attend to her needs.  Trish also had many nieces and nephews that she loved very much.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Roger and Jimmy Wayne Baldridge.

Trish had been a Christian for many years and was never afraid or ashamed to let people know.  She knew God would always take care of her and she was a prayer warrior who gave everything to God.  She loved her pastor, Eugene Crouch and if he has never been placed on a pedestal by anyone else he was by Trish.  She loved her church family and spoke often of them all.  We know our loss is heaven's gain.

Services will be Wednesday, June 30th at 10:00 a.m. at Unity Free Will Baptist Church, 6685 Fry Rd., Middleburg Heights with Pastor Eugene Crouch officiating.  Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted.
