Norman N. Miller, 88, of 96 C. R. 2575 Lakeville, OH passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, surrounded by his family, after a brief illness.

He was born on February 24, 1937, to Noah N. and Lovina (Yoder) Miller in Sugarcreek, OH. On November 18, 1958, he married Ada H. Raber, and she survives.

He was ordained Bishop in 2006 and was a member of the Old Order Amish Church #135.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Ada, his 12 children. Mabel (Uriah) Hostetler, Dennis (Katie) Miller, David (Catherine) Miller, of Butler, Katie (Levi) Hochstetler, of Loudonville, Ivan (Naomi) Miller, of Butler, Esther (Robert) Eicher, of Loudonville, Edward (Esther) Miller, of Butler, Henry (Elizabeth) Miller, of New Philadelphia, Raymond (Miriam) Miller, of Shreve, Miriam (Erwin) Hochstetler, of the home, Melvin (Laura) Miller, of Howard and Joseph (Ruth) Miller, of Shreve, 109 grandchildren, 158 great-grandchildren, and a brother-in-law Syl Beachy.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Noah, daughter-in-law Fannie Miller, granddaughter Miriam Miller, two brothers Henry and Raymond, and six sisters Ella, Emma, Elizabeth, Mabel, Clara, and Alma.

Friends may call at the home on December 11th, after 5:00 p.m. and any time on Friday December 12th. Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 13th at 9:00, at the home with Bishop Atlee Hostetler officiating. Burial will follow in McKay Amish Cemetery. Special thanks to family, friends, and Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare.

Old Order Amish Church #135 will be postponed till next Sunday December, 21st.
