Nancy Jane (Pittman) Wiles

Nancy Jane Wiles, 69, of Rittman and formerly of Burbank, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Barberton-Summa Hospital after a period of declining health.

Nancy was born in Lodi on June 5, 1955 to Robert and Loretta (Pickering) Pittman and graduated from Cloverleaf High School in 1973.  On April 28, 1979 she married Steven A. Wiles and he preceded her in death on Feb. 15, 2023.  Nancy was a member of Bethany Friends Church and enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and gardening.

Surviving is her son and daughter-in-law, Jesse and Sharon; her granddaughter, Alyssa Wiles; 4 step-grandchildren; 7 step great-grandchildren; her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Debbie Pittman; a nephew, Will and a niece, Rachel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, son, Todd Wiles in 2022 and granddaughters, Abigail and Anna Jane.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 16th and 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Seville with Pastor Bill Quigley officiating.  A dinner will follow the services at Bethany Friends Church.  Friends may call on Monday from 5-7 p.m. at Bethany Friends Church, 8127 Wadsworth Rd., Wadsworth, OH 44281 where donations may be made in her memory.  Murray Funeral Home in Creston is handling arrangements.
