February 23, 1929 November 26, 2016 Obituary LaRue Ann FInnerty, 87, of Creston, died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016 at Medina Hospital following a period of declining health. LaRue was born Feb. 23, 1929 in Pittsburgh to the late Homer and Marie (Kiel) St. Hilaire and retired from the Westfield Companies where she was a policy service supervisor. She had made her home in the Burbank/Creston are for the past 45 years and loved playing Bingo and doing crossword puzzles. She was an avid Cleveland, Ohio State and Norwayne sports fan and always enjoyed attending her grandkids activities. Surviving are her son, Fred Finnerty of Wadsworth; daughter and son-in-law, Eileen and Ron Chaffin of Creston; grandchildren, Joe and Max Finnerty and Tim and Brad Chaffin and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Elmer and Ralph and sisters, Ruth and Naomi. Private family services and interment will be held at Creston Maple Mound Cemetery with Pastor Josh Chaffin officiating. There will be no calling hours.
