Michael Albert Landrum

Michael Albert Landrum, 70, of Creston, died Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital after a brief illness.

Mike was born Sept. 20, 1948 in Lodi to the late Albert and Reva (Denniston) Landrum and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from 967 – 1970. He had worked as a Truck Driver, at Volvo in Orrville for many years, and worked at C & C products. He had made his home in Rittman, Burbank and Creston area for many years and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Tanya Landrum of Burbank; his grandchildren, Nichole and Kyle; brothers, Tim Landrum of Rittman and Mark Landrum of Florida and sister, Garnette Barauskas of Wadsworth and Arlene Landrum of Wadsworth. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Charlotte Hottle and Anita Love.

Mike was honored with military rites on Wednesday, April 3rdat Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Murray Funeral Home in Creston handled arrangements.
