Marlene Kay Nisley

Marlene Kay Nisley, 48, passed after a short and courageous six month illness.  She won her final battle and gained her heavenly wings on Nov. 25, 2024 at 1:20 a.m. while surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born on July 21, 1976 in Millersburg to Vernon and Mary (Hostetler) Nisley of Fredericksburg.

She leaves behind two children, Jaydon Moses and Tonya Michelle; her parents, Vernon and Mary; siblings, Edna Mae (Lester) Schlabach, Lisa Marie (Melvin) Hilty, Andrew Jay (Miriam) Nisley, Linda (David) Miller, Lydia Ann (Eli) Shetler and Irene Nisley and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 27th at 9:30 a.m. at the Melvin Hilty Residence, 9096 Nonpariel Rd., Fredericksburg with Bishops Joe Hostetler and Lee Hershberger officiating.  Burial will be in the Graber Road Cemetery.  Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. on Monday and after 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the Hilty Residence.  Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
