Luann Marie (Pelfrey) Williams

LuAnn Marie Williams, 63, of Creston, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, July 14, 2022.

LuAnn was born in Lodi on Jan. 26, 1959 to the late Albert and Frances (Williams) Pelfrey and was a 1977 graduate of Norwayne High School.  On Sept. 27, 1986 she married Derwin L. “Derb” Williams and he preceded her in death on Feb. 22, 2007.  LuAnn retired from the Meat Department at Buehler’s Milltown after 36 years of service and she enjoyed gardening, mysteries and spending time with family and friends.  LuAnn was the most amazing Grandma and she will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Jessica Williams and her two grandchildren, Thomas Rayner and Kaylynn Duella of Creston; brother, James Pelfrey of Sandusky; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Doug Morrison of Apple Creek and her mother-in-law, Tootie Williams of Wooster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Derb, her parents and an infant brother, Charles.
