Luann Kauf Locke

LuAnn (Kauf) Locke, 69, of Lodi, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025, while surrounded by her family at Medina Hospital after a two-month illness.

LuAnn was born on Dec. 31, 1955, in Lodi to William Raymond and Dorcus (Livingston) Kauf and was a 1973 graduate of Norwayne High School.  On Sept. 21, 1972, she married Russell L. Locke, and they shared 53 wonderful years together.  LuAnn worked for the past 35 years at Aztec Imports in Medina and had made her home in Burbank and Lodi all or her life.  She enjoyed flower gardening, caring for the birds, especially the hummingbirds, and was a darts fan, but her greatest enjoyment was decorating for Christmas.

Surviving is her husband, Rusty; her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lisa Locke; 3 grandchildren, David and wife, Lizi Engstrom, Michelle Engstrom and companion, Jerry Burroughs and Allen Engstrom and companion, Marisa Wolfgram; two great-grandchildren, Emily and Chloe Engstrom and many nieces and nephews.

LuAnn was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Russell, Everett, Don, John and Bill Kauf.

A small, private family service will be held with a Celebration of Life to be held later.
