Louis Glen Herman

Louis Glen Herman, 82, passed away on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 in Mineral Wells, TX after a brief illness.

Louis was born on Sept. 16, 1939 in Massillon to the late Jacob and Clara (Morris) Herman and married the former Barbara Thompson on Dec. 10, 1960.  She preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 2002.  He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 – 1964 and retired from Babcock & Wilcox in Barberton.

Surviving are sons, Phillip Herman; daughter, Cindy Herman; grandchildren, Glen Herman Jr., Jacob Herman, Colin Herman and Anna Herman and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, a son, Glen Sr., daughters, Jill Herman and Alison Herman, brothers, Jacob and James Herman and sister Joyce Loomis.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24th at 2:00 p.m. at Fredericksburg East Cemetery in Fredericksburg, OH.  Murray Funeral Home in Fredericksburg is handling arrangements.
