Lorenzo C. "Robbie" Robinson

Lorenzo C.  “Robbie” Robinson, 87, of Creston, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024 at his home.

He was a bricklayer having retired from Cleveland Building Supply and later retired from High Point Regional Hospital in North Carolina. He was a member of Canaan Lutheran Church, Bricklayers Local #5 and Riceland Country Club.  Robbie was an avid golfer and enjoyed building and repairing clubs as well as fixing and repairing things around the house.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen (Sharpe) Robinson; his parents, Lorenzo and Marie (Tichacek) Robinson and sisters, Donna Guthrie and Carol Zurkin. He is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Charles D. and Teresa Robinson; grandson, Charles Lorenzo Robinson and sister, Judith Haught.

A family celebration will be held.  Murray Funeral Home in Creston is handling arrangements.
