Lisa Ann Sanders

Lisa Ann Sanders, 64, of Ashland, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Kingston of Ashland after a lengthy illness.

Lisa was born in Wadsworth on April 2, 1960 to Roy Granville and Verla Virginia (Boggs) Sanders.  She had made her home in the Lodi, Chatham and West Salem area prior to moving to Ashland where she had resided for the past 17 years.  Lisa enjoyed caring for her plants, reading and watching the birds.

Surviving are her four children, Tiffany and her husband Tyson Wittman, Misty and her husband John Brown, Dawn Sanders and Shane Sanders; step-son, Robert Lemon; grandchildren, Hunter Piteo, Addison Sanders, Kassidy Sanders, William Owens, Landin Sanders, Carter Brown, Chase Brown, Grayson Brown, Sharice Lemon and Joseph Lemon; sisters, Cheri Dawkins and Karen Meloy and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her companion of 38 years, William “Gene’ Lemon in 2021; her parents, a sister, Lynn and brothers, Ronald and Rodney.

In honoring Lisa’s wishes, there will be no services.
