Linda Kay Walters, 68, of Creston, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Barberton Citizens Hospital.
Linda was born Dec. 7, 1947 in Canton to the late Otto and Rosemary (Friel) Schroeter. She married Terrance G. Walters on Feb. 16, 1980 and together they had 36 wonderful years together. Known as the church Christmas cookie lady in the community, she was involved in the live Nativity Scene on the square in Creston at Christmas. Linda enjoyed camping, fishing, being outdoors, sewing and target shooting but her greatest love was being with her grandchildren.
